COVID-19 Policy
The health and safety of campers, parents, and staff is always our highest priority at CTX. We have taken numerous precautions in accordance with the CDC and local guidelines to help ensure the safety of everyone in attendance at our camps.
Will I be able to practice social distancing?
Yes! We will only gather the full group outdoors or in spaces large enough to allow attendees to maintain proper distance.
Are face masks mandatory?
Face masks are encouraged but will only be mandatory if the group is gathering indoors.
What happens if a camp is cancelled due to COVID-19?
If we have to postpone or cancel a camp due to COVID-19, every camper will receive a full refund, including their deposit.

CTX camps are compliant with NCAA Rules
CTX Camps are run in accordance with institutional camp guidelines and abide by all associated NCAA rules. We work hand-in-hand with the coaches on our Advisory Board and NCAA compliance professionals to stay current on all NCAA legislation.
How does CTX select it's coach line-up?
There many factors that go into our coach selection process, the first being location, strength of program, academics, and coaching experience. If you would like a specific coach to come to a CTX Camp, let us know!
Who is allowed to register?
CTX Camps are open to all boys and girls, age 12-18.
Is CTX a good fit for my ability level?
CTX create unique and transformational opportunities for junior tennis players at all stages of development to help you evaluate your game, achieve your goals and gain invaluable experience through college tennis interaction. Not matter what your level, CTX camps are for you.
Is CTX a recruiting service?
No, CTX is not a recruiting service. CTX adheres to all NCAA rules associated with institutional camps.

What can I expect at a CTX camp?
- Engagement with college coaches in a relaxed environment
- Education / seminar sessions about college tennis and the recruiting process
- Instruction and evaluation by college coaches
- Support helping you achieve your junior and collegiate tennis goals
- Welcome gift, lunches, waters and snacks
What does my tuition not include?
- Airfare (if applicable)
- Lodging / hotel accommodations
- Transportation – campers and their family are encouraged to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to and from hotels, golf courses and airports
- Money for gifts and trip incidentals
Are parents allowed to attend?
Parents are encouraged to attend all sessions as there will be many opportunities to ask questions to coaches.
Where should juniors and their family stay?
CTX makes arrangements with a host hotel close to the tennis facility. Information for the hotel will be shown on camp registration pages. All CTX campers will be given a hotel code to reserve rooms.
When should campers arrive?
Campers should plan to arrive at the tennis facility 15-30 minutes prior to the start of camp on each day. If campers are staying overnight at a hotel, CTX recommends flying in the day before camp begins to ensure no camp is missed.
What should campers bring?
Campers should pack racquets, string, tennis clothes (note the expected weather), tennis shoes, sunscreen, cell phone, casual clothing for evenings and any personal needs.
What food do campers eat?
Do CTX Camps have Insurance?
Yes, every CTX Camp has comprehensive insurance coverage for every event.

What is CTX's refund policy?
There are no refunds, however 50% of tuition fees can be applied as a credit to another camp. If any camp is canceled or postponed due to COVID, tuition fees will be refunded.
